Our commitment to quality Wet Paper Publishers and Consultants quality system is based on the requirements outlined in the Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:1994 Wet Paper Publishers and Consultants, is committed to total quality management and the implementation of a quality system throughout each project undertaken, to ensure the highest standard of professionalism, ethical practice, client and customer satisfaction. As well as project control, the business has implemented a quality system in conjunction with all process and management functions. Determination of conformance of work to quality system requirements is made on the basis of objective evidence of quality. An uncontrolled copy of our manual is available on request to the manager for prospective clients and tender application. Our quality system is available for inspection by making an appointment with the manager. Procedures for determining our quality policy are outlined and available for discussion with clients.
