Description of project
These project involved the design and implementation of a two day workshops in Marine Studies for National schools.
The outcome was a program delivered by five local teachers to 44 delegates from 23 schools over a two day period.
Aspects of these practical programs have included
• the making of a fishing rod, lures, aquariums as well as model fish
• estimation of sea water quality and growing of sea monkeys (brine shrimp).
• building of coasts and ocean models
• Design of syllabus outcomes for national and state KLA curricula |
